The Facilitator Pathway

A 12-week training and launch program to gently guide others

Some people feel called to support others through the harder chapters of life.

Not by advising.  Not by rescuing.  Not by having all the answers.

But by being a grounded, compassionate presence - someone who can walk alongside others with calm, dignity, and hope.

If you feel that call, the Facilitator Pathway is where you learn to share Well-Traveled Soul in your own authentic way, in your own community, with support every step of the way.

The next Facilitator Pathway begins in October 2026.

Who this is for

This pathway is designed for people who:

  • Have supported others through difficult or emotional seasons
  • Are drawn to gentle, heart-centered leadership
  • Want to help without fixing, rescuing, or pushing solutions
  • Know the power of being met where you are
  • Want to bring more calm, compassion, and hope into the world

This includes:

  • Certified Infinite Possibilities Trainers
  • Family or professional caregivers
  • Health and wellbeing professionals
  • Support workers and community leaders
  • Coaches and mentors

You do not need to be a therapist, expert, teacher, or performer.

"If you feel called to walk with people - not ahead or behind - this is for you."

Susan:  Past caregiver for parents and current healthcare professional

Before joining Well-Traveled Soul, Susan was exhausted and overwhelmed.

Both of her parents had recently passed, and after months of sorting, clearing and caring, she finally found herself asking, “What now?”

What she discovered in the program was not another set of rules or steps to follow - but space to find her own answers. “It’s not a sugar-coated program,” she says. “It’s rooted in real life. In hope, without pretending everything is fine.”

The course helped her reconnect with the spark she thought she’d lost, and gave her the confidence to move forward - gently, one step at a time.

What the Facilitator Pathway is:

A 12-week training and launch program to gently guide others

This is a live (online), structured program where you will:

  • Experience the Well-Traveled Soul journey yourself
  • Learn how to create safe, gentle, reflective spaces where people can being noticing possibility again
  • Practice guiding reflection and conversation without “fixing”
  • Understand how to share simple mindset and grounding tools
  • Receive scripts, session outlines, and guidance you can adapt to your own voice
  • Build confidence to facilitate in your own authentic style
  • Plan and start your first Well-Traveled Soul group - while still being supported throughout the program

This is a learn-by-living pathway - not just a training.

The structure
Live It → Learn It → Share It

1. Live it

You’ll use the Well-Traveled Soul practices in your own life as you step into this new role - gently, at your pace.  You will:

  • Clarify your destination - who you feel called to support and why
  • Visualize and feel what offering your first group could look like
  • Take small, compassionate steps that build confidence gradually
  • Trust your inner light as it grows, one step at a time

You’ll be learning the tools by living the tools - which is what makes your facilitation authentic, grounded, and real.

2. Learn it

We walk through each module in the program in depth - not as theory, but as lived experience - so your guidance comes from embodiment, not instruction.

You will learn to:

  • Understand the purpose behind each part
  • Hold space without fixing or directing
  • Invite reflection instead of “teaching at” people
  • Trust silence, sensitivity, and steady pacing

This is facilitation that is gentle, natural, and human.

3. Share it

With guidance and encouragement, you will:

  • Choose the group of people you feel called to support
  • Create a soft, simple invitation
  • Begin gathering interest
  • Launch a small pilot group, even if it’s just 3–6 people

By the end of the program, you won’t simply understand facilitation - you'll have taken your first real steps into it. Whether that's a pilot, a small gathering or your first full group, you'll begin while you're still supported by the pathway and the community.

What people experience

“It’s not a sugar-coated program. It’s rooted in real life - in hope - without pretending everything is fine.”

- Susan

The ‘Act As If’ tool clicked for me. I practiced being the confident version of myself when I had to go to court - and it changed how I actually felt. The line between practicing confidence and becoming confident was surprisingly thin.

- N.E

Reframing my thinking wasn’t new to me - but remembering to actually do it was a real turning point for me. It changed everything."

- Cheryl

What you’ll learn

By the end of the program, you will be able to:

  • Create spaces where people feel safe, seen, heard and unhurried
  • Hold emotion without feeling you need to fix, rescue, or solve it
  • Encourage small, meaningful steps rather than overwhelm
  • Recognize old beliefs and loosen their grip
  • Support others to trust themselves - gently and at their pace
  • Grow in confidence as a facilitator while staying true to your own natural style.

And - importantly - you can begin facilitating your first Well-Traveled Soul group while still being supported.

Timing & format

Each facilitator joins a small, supportive cohort that meets live on Zoom for 12 weeks and then monthly for 3 months.

Session Length:
90 minutes each week (experience the group format yourself, practice the tools together, ask questions, and receive grounded guidance as you grow into your facilitator role)

Format:
Live, facilitated group Zoom sessions and  community support and interaction space between sessions

What you'll receive

  • Guided personal experience of the Well-Traveled Soul journey
  • Session outlines & facilitation prompts (adaptable to your own voice and style)
  • Facilitator and Participant Workbooks (downloadable PDFs)
  • Recordings of all live sessions
  • Chapter-by-chapter training videos and fully customisable Powerpoint slides (optional use)
  • Support in learning to hold space without confidence, compassion, and gentle structure

  • Gentle practice space to strengthen your confidence
  • Step-by-step guidance to plan and launch your first group before this program ends
  • Encouragement when it feels new or vulnerable

This is not something you only learn. It is something you live, in community, with real support.

Time commitment

Most facilitators spend:

  • 90 minutes/week in the live session
  • 5-15 minutes/day using the tools personally
  • 60 minutes/week reviewing or previewing
  • A little extra time planning their launch group (with support)

No overwhelm.  No perfection needed.  Just steady, human participation.

Ongoing support

As part of the program, you’ll have 3 months of free access to the monthly WTS Facilitator Community.

These gatherings are a space to:

  • Stay encouraged
  • Ask questions
  • Share experiences
  • Deepen your confidence in holding space

After your included 3 months, you’re welcome to continue in the WTS Facilitator Community Membership ($10-30/month), as long as it feels supportive and meaningful for you.  Cancel anytime.

There is no obligation and no expectation - just an open invitation to keep walking together.

The Facilitator Pathway: Starts October 2026

For that reason, places are limited and offered with care.
